Client queries are actively monitored and handled 24 hours a day through various support teams. If a query, or a direct complaint is raised with IKON Capital Limited ("IKON"), we are fully committed to handling these complaints fairly and promptly. Our support staff are available to speak to you five days a week on +44 20 7099 1480. Most customers’ concerns can be resolved by our Contact Centre staff, who will do all they can to help. If they are unable to do so the complaint will be passed to a specialist team for investigation.
